Chief Executive Officer & Board Member
Prior to joining Fedrigoni in 2018, Marco worked as COO of the Cerved Group becoming CEO in 2016.
Marco started his career with Citibank as a financial analyst before joining Bain & Company in 1998 as a management consultant. Marco then worked for Bain Capital in London from 2005 to 2013, where he focused on post-acquisition value creation activities for portfolio companies, both in Europe and globally. In this role, he managed TeamSystem, FCI, Ideal Standard (taking the Interim CEO role for Southern Region during 2008), Styron/Trinseo (managing at interim the Emulsion Polymers division during part of 2012), Atento and Cerved Group (being Vice-Chairman until the sale to CVC Capital Partners in 2013).
Marco holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
Chief Financial Officer
Vittorio has been Fedrigoni’s Chief Financial Officer since 2012. He joined the Group in 2002, as consolidated financial statements and affiliated company’s coordination officer. From 1998 to 2002, he worked at Siemens Enterprise Consulting in Milan. He is also a member of the board of the following companies in the Group: Fedrigoni S.p.A., Arconvert S.p.A. and Arconvert S.A.
Vittorio holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
Corporate Development Director
Prior to joining Fedrigoni in 2019, Alessandro was a Partner at DH Private Equity Partners (former Doughty Hanson), a pan-European Private Equity firm based in London, where he worked from 2005. Previously, he worked at PwC from 1998 to 2005, first in Management Consulting Services in Milan and then in Corporate Finance and Recovery in London.
Alessandro holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
Group Marketing Director & Vice Chair of the Board
Prior to joining Fedrigoni in 2002, Chiara worked for Vodafone and Bertelsmann, where from 1999 to 2002 she was co-owner and founder of Booktailor in London. Chiara is also Chair of the Fondazione Fedrigoni Fabriano and Board Member of the Fondazione Museo Bodoni in Parma.
Chiara holds a degree in Economics from University of Ca’ Foscari in Venice and received an MBA from Insead in France, including a one-year grant from the University of California, Berkeley (US).
Chief Human Resources Officer
Monica joined Fedrigoni in 2019 having previously served as HR Director at the Cerved Group. Before that Monica was Head of HR for Europe at AllianzGI, from 2007 to 2011 Head of HR for Western Europe and International Distribution at Pioneer Investments (the UniCredit Group). Monica was also Head of HR Management Services with Ferrero International and started her HR career at the SIFI Group as Director of HR and Communications. Monica has a significant experience in running large-scale transformation programs during times of change.
Monica holds a Diploma in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Network (US) and she is a certified Executive Coach with Newfield Certified Coach™ as well as with the International Coaching Federation. She also attended the Executive Team Coaching Program at Ashridge Business School in the UK.
Monica also holds a degree in Political Science from the University in Catania and a Master degree from the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium).
Chief Procurement Officer
Alessandro joined Fedrigoni in 2019. He brings a multinational experience developed across a broad range of industries including consumer goods, household appliances and automotive.
Prior to joining Fedrigoni, Alessandro worked for Royal Philips, Electrolux, Candy S.p.A., Same Deutz-Fahr, covering many roles within Procurement, Operations and Quality.
Alessandro graduated from the University "Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" in Milan and holds a post graduate Diploma in Chemistry from Politecnico in Turin.
Stefano Di Santo
Managing Director - Paper & Security
Stefano was appointed to his role in 2019. Prior to that he worked from 2012 to 2018 as CEO at Körber Digital in Germany and previously at Fabio Perini S.p.A. From 2006 to 2012 he also worked for Haulotte Group in Lyon (France). Stefano is also CEO of our subsidiary Cordenons S.p.A.
Stefano holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico in Milan.
Managing Director - Converting
Prior to joining Fedrigoni in 2019, Fulvio was Executive Vice President for Ahlstrom-Munksjö, Filtration and Performance Business Area. Fulvio worked at Ahlstrom-Munksjö from 2002 where he held various leadership positions in Operations, R&D, Sales, Business Development and General Management. From 1997 to 2002, Fulvio held various management positions in Solvay in R&D and Product Management.
Fulvio holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico in Turin.
Managing Director – GPA
Bob Niesen has been Chief Executive Officer of GPA Holding Company Inc. since 2015. His career at GPA began in 1991 covering many roles, mainly within Operations and Sales. In 2009 Bob was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, then became GPA’s President in 2014
Bob received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University (US) and is a graduate of the Mahler Executive Management and Leadership Program. (US).
